Advanced Cosmetic Procedures By Beautiful U Edinburgh
Using advanced Electrolysis, we can treat a variety of skin blemishes, including skin tags, thread veins (telangiectasia), spider naevi, Campbell de Morgan/blood spots and milia.
For this treatment, you will need a consultation and a patch test. The cost of a consultation and patch test is £10.
A consultation is a must, as we need to ensure your skin reacts well to the treatment and that you are a suitable candidate for blemish removal.
Thread Veins or Spider Naevi Removal
Thread veins, also known as Spider Naevi, are small, dilated blood vessels that can appear on the skin’s surface, usually on the face or legs.
They are usually red, blue or purple and can resemble a spider web. They are generally harmless but can be a cosmetic concern for some people.
They can be caused by a variety of factors, including genetics, sun exposure, hormonal changes, and increased pressure in the veins.

Singular Or Multiple Skin Tag Removals
Skin tags, also known as Acrochordons, are small, benign growths that typically appear on the skin’s surface.
They are usually flesh-coloured or slightly darker and can have a small stalk or peduncle.
They are most commonly found on the neck, underarms, eyelids, and in the groin area.
They are benign and non-cancerous and do not cause any harm, but they can be unsightly, and some people may choose to remove them for cosmetic reasons.

Milia removal
Milia are small, white, hard bumps that can appear on the skin’s surface, especially on the face.
They are formed by a build-up of keratin and can be mistaken for whiteheads or acne.
They are most commonly found around the eyes, cheeks, and forehead, but can also appear on other areas of the face and body. They are benign and not contagious, but they can be unsightly and some people may choose to remove them for cosmetic reasons.
Campbell de Morgan / Blood Spots Removal
Campbell de Morgan spots, also known as blood spots or angiomas, are small, benign growths that appear on the skin as red or purple spots.
They are caused by dilated blood vessels and are typically found on the trunk, arms, and legs.
They are usually harmless and do not cause any discomfort, however they can be removed for cosmetic purposes.
