WHEN MAKING A BOOKING WITH US YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR BOOKING TO MAKE SURE YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES.
In order to book your appointment with us we require your card details for a non-refundable booking fee of £1 which is charged at the time of booking. Card details are securely held by our booking system (Ovatu) and are not viewable by the salon.
For bookings where your card details are captured, your card will not be charged at the time of booking, however, it will be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost. We reserve the right to ask for payment to be made in full before a booking is made. If this is done, this amount will be treated the same as a non-refundable booking fee and will be retained in proportion to the late cancellation/no-show charges.
If no booking fee or card capture is taken and you cancel within 24hrs, we reserve the right to ask you for a late cancellation charge of 100% of the cost of treatment if you fail to cancel within 24hrs of your treatment time. This would then result in full payment in advance for any future bookings.
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled via our bookings system. This can be accessed via your confirmation email or by using the email address and password that you used when making your booking with us. Please note appointments cannot be rescheduled or cancelled outside the 24hr rescheduling/cancellation window.
Rescheduling
We ask for 24hrs notice of rescheduling your appointment and the reason for this is that we often have a waiting list of clients waiting for an appointment however without adequate notice of cancellation/rescheduling these slots will often remain empty after you have rescheduled. We charge 100% of the cost of the treatment for late rescheduling however if we are able to fill the appointment slot no charge will be made.
Lateness
Please let us know if you are going to be late for your appointment, we can usually allow a few minutes, however, we may have a client after your appointment. So if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment and apply the above terms as a no-show.
Patch Testing
For all of the following services, a patch test is mandatory for eyelash tinting, brow tinting and eyelash lift and tint. Patch testing must be carried out at least 24 hrs prior to having one of these treatments done. Unfortunately, we are unable to carry out these treatments without a patch test being carried out. We do not accept patch testing that has been done at another salon. Once patch tested with us, your patch test is valid for 6 months or from your last treatment with us using these products, whichever is sooner.
